One Truth brings a diverse social and musical heritage to bear on his debut project, the EP "Overtime." This son of civil rights era activists draws from musical roots which range from Jazz and Blues, through Soul and R&B, translating these into his native language - Hip Hop.

One Truth developed his passion for working with youth when, at the age of fourteen, he began teaching elementary school kids to break-dance. He has continued to serve younger generations as a basketball coach, community youth minister for World Impact in San Francisco and as a Youth Care Worker at Boys and Girls Town of Long Beach, Ca. One Truth’s passion for music is fueled by his desire to see lives changed. His works reflect his deep faith and seek to bring greater understanding into living the life of faith. "My message is that God is real and relevant in everything. In our spiritual education, we may learn different things about different subjects but everything that is really true is a reflection of the one true God; one truth over time."
